Description
Graff, Ltd. has an exciting opportunity to work as a member of our Legacy team in our Minnetonka, MN office.
This role will require a self-reliant individual with a high level of professional communication, attention to detail, and organization and time management skills. You will collaborate daily on many facets of our business and will provide mentorship and guidance, through reviews, to our staff.
Primary Position Responsibilities
- Preparation of individual income tax returns.
- Reviewing tax returns from February 1st -April 15th
- Provide feedback, support and guidance through the review of income tax returns.
- Support other varying needs of the firm as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- 10 years plus review level experience
- Technologically Proficient
- A Mentorship mindset
- An ability to work independently
- An enthusiastic interest in income tax preparation and accounting
- Excellent organization and time management skills with technical expertise in public accounting
- Strong computer skills (including all Microsoft office applications)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- Familiar with Business Tax Preparation (1065, 1120, 1120S)
- Experience working with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- CPA certification

Description
Graff, Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Tax Manager to join our team in our Minnetonka, MN office. This role is ideal for a highly skilled tax professional with strong experience in both individual and business taxation, as well as a passion for leadership and client service. This position requires a self-driven individual with excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. You will play a key role in managing client engagements, reviewing complex tax work, and mentoring staff while contributing to the continued growth and success of the firm.
Primary Position Responsibilities
• Review and prepare complex individual and business income tax returns
• Lead and manage tax engagements from planning through completion
• Supervise, mentor, and review work of staff and senior accountants
• Provide tax planning, projections, and strategic advisory services to clients
• Oversee preparation of quarterly and annual payroll filings and 1099s
• Support financial statement preparation and accounting services
• Identify, research, and resolve complex tax issues
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client relationships
• Correspond with government agencies on behalf of clients
• Assist with internal processes, workflow improvements, and team development
• Support firm growth initiatives and client onboarding
• Support other varying needs of the firm as assigned
Qualifications
Required:
o Bachelor’s degree in accounting
o CPA (Certified Public Accountant) required
o Minimum of 5 years’ experience in public accounting
o Strong experience in both individual and business tax preparation and review
o Strong leadership skills or readiness to step into a management role
o Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred:
o Experience managing or mentoring staff
o Familiar with Business Tax Preparation (1065, 1120, 1120S), MN Sales & Use Tax
o Experience with payroll filings (W-2, 1099, 941, 940, MN withholding, SUTA)
o Experience working with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online, Lacerte Tax Software

The Seasonal Document Management Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Administrative Team during the
busy tax season. This position ensures that client financial documents, tax returns, and files are organized, accurate,
and securely managed, enabling the team to deliver efficient and professional services.
Primary Position Responsibilities
- Document Assembly & Organization: Prepare, assemble, and organize financial documents, tax returns, and client files
according to established procedures. - Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive and confidential information with discretion, adhering to data privacy standards and
firm policies. - Data Entry & Verification: Input client information into relevant systems with accuracy and attention to detail, doublechecking
for consistency. - Collaboration: Work closely with the additional Document Management Coordinator, Administrative Specialist,
CRM/Admin Manager, and Administrative Officer to streamline processes and resolve discrepancies promptly. - Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized workspace to support a professional and productive

Qualifications

Seasonal Tax Intern
Participants assist with the preparation of individual and small business tax returns, extensions, and related client communications under the guidance of experienced CPAs. The role offers hands-on exposure to tax documentation, compliance, and professional standards while continuing to build technical skills and professional judgment.
